Tomato Seed Acid extraction protocol

In theory, by law, all commercially sold tomato seed must be extracted with acid to avoid disease transmission. This is difficult for small seed companies.

We are releasing an open-source protocol suitable for small-batch tomato processing , using weak acid, to help support small independent seed producers.

(NOTE: If you are a home seed saver, you do not need to do this, just ferment as explained in our Seedsaving Instructions)
