A few things that are not yet in stock... Before you can order it , the seed has to be harvested, extracted, dried, humidity tested, winnowed, germination tested, and finally sent out for packing into envelopes. Each stage can take a week or more, and we have hundreds and hundreds of different of batches of seed going through this process from August onwards each year. Unfortunately due to a very wet summer, we've had a late harvest of quite a few things, and the whole schedule has been thrown out of kilter, and is quite a lot later than normal. So there are some things that you can't order yet. We're really sorry about that. We think we should have the backlog cleared at the end of January. People are asking if they should order the rest of their seed now or wait & do it all at once. In general we think you should be fine to wait and order all at one go later, as in general we have loads of everything, But to help you decide, here is the status of our outstanding varieties (updated Jan 31st 2013) Seed that is too fresh and still dormant so can't be sold yet:
Thanks for your patience. There is always the chance that sometimes things don't work out, especially in rubbish summers like 2012! PS: Please dont email asking if you can pre-order things. There's no fair way we can do this, and it just doesn't work. Sorry!
